    loud music
    shared bathroom

The room was decent enough, but having to walk to a shared bathroom in the middle of the night was less than ideal. I couldn't believe the music was so loud until 2am! I expected a welcome gift for my troubles, but that was clearly too much to ask. Almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

    spacious room
    double beds
    shared bathroom

Had a spacious family room with double beds for everyone, which was a pleasant surprise! Just a bit inconvenient having to share the bathroom. Great location in the heart of Chepstow, though the noise from outside was tough to ignore at night.

A good choice of goodies for breakfast. Perfect and great location just next door to the river, shops, castle or whatever and the centre of Chepstow, a short walk from Wye Valley Walk.

    ideal location
    persistent fire alarm
    unhelpful staff

Ideal location for exploring Chepstow's attractions.

The office being used throughout our stay created an uncomfortable setup, as it was directly opposite our bedroom. The experience was quite disappointing and not what we expected.

    street noise

The room was newly refurbished and spacious, with comfortable beds and a kitchenette that had everything I needed to prepare my own snacks. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Chepstow.

    Some noise from outside.

    large room

    loud music

The room was large and recently refurbished, with a kitchenette that included a microwave, sink, and kettle. Sky TV and wifi were great bonuses for the solo traveler wanting a bit of entertainment. Easy access to the train station made it easy to explore the area.

    Loud music at night.

    friendly staff

This place was a proper fit for a lightning trip in Chepstow with value for money. The staff were friendly and offered helpful tips on local attractions. Make sure to check for any events happening, as they can get quite loud at night.
